Welcome to Xtremez. By using our services, website, products, or applications (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.


1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

By accessing or using Xtremez, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our service.


2. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.


3. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Xtremez only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Engage in any activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights.
  • Transmit, distribute, or store material that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service.
  • Disrupt, interfere with, or harm the security, functionality, or performance of the Service.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or similar technologies to collect information or interact with the Service in ways not expressly permitted.
  • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with any security or verification measures implemented by the Service.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or provide false information in connection with your use of the Service.

4. Service Availability and Product Information

  • All services are offered subject to availability.
  • We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and related content; however, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
  • We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • All services are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Before making any purchase, it is your sole responsibility to thoroughly review and understand all relevant information, specifications, prerequisites, and limitations associated with the product or service you intend to buy. This includes, but is not limited to, system requirements, compatibility, usage restrictions, and any additional terms outlined in the product description or documentation. You are expected to seek clarification from our support team if you have any uncertainties or require further details prior to completing your transaction. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have conducted due diligence, fully comprehend the intended use and operational requirements of the product or service, and accept all associated risks and responsibilities. Xtremez will not be held liable for issues arising from a lack of understanding, insufficient research, or failure to meet necessary prerequisites on your part.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Unless expressly stated in the specific product or service description, Xtremez provides all goods and services without any warranties of any kind—whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding performance, durability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or functionality. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly indicated in the relevant product or service listing.


6. Pricing, Payment, and Fees

  • Pricing for our products and services is subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Prices may vary due to individual circumstances, discounts, promotions, or other factors. We do not guarantee that any price will remain fixed, and reserve the right to update or modify pricing at our sole discretion. In the event of any price changes, refunds will not be issued for previous purchases.
  • Customers are solely responsible for paying all applicable transaction fees and strictly adhering to the payment instructions we provide. Failure to follow these instructions may result in the irreversible loss of funds, for which Xtremez assumes no responsibility and will not issue refunds under any circumstances.

7. Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Refunds are not offered as part of our standard policy. All sales are considered final. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances, Xtremez may, at its sole discretion, review and grant a refund or partial refund. For instance, if a service is only partially delivered or utilized (e.g., a 30-day warranty service revoked after 15 days), we may consider a proportional refund. The eligibility, amount, and method of any refund are determined exclusively by Xtremez and are not subject to negotiation. If standard payment methods are unavailable, refunds may be issued in cryptocurrency (such as USDT), and by using our services, you agree to accept refunds in this form if necessary.
  • Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even if the product is not delivered, except in the following case: If your product is not delivered within the standard delivery period plus an additional 4 days (i.e., the delivery period stated in the product description, plus 4 extra days), you may contact our support team with your order details to request a refund. Any such refund will be processed solely at the discretion of Xtremez after verifying non-delivery.
  • In cases where a product is found to be defective, invalid, or not as described upon delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement, provided you report the issue immediately and supply all required evidence (such as an uncropped screen recording as outlined in Section 8). The eligibility for a replacement, as well as the timeframe and method of replacement, are determined solely by Xtremez. Replacements are not guaranteed and are subject to verification of your claim. Failure to provide sufficient proof or to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in denial of a replacement.

8. Order Processing and Delivery

  • While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, please be aware that processing may require 3-4 working days. This timeframe applies even if "instant delivery" is referenced in product descriptions, as certain factors such as verification, stock availability, or technical checks may necessitate additional time.
  • Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control—such as technical issues, supply chain disruptions, or high order volumes—may result in delivery delays. We will make every reasonable effort to keep you informed of any such delays and to expedite your order.
  • Refunds will not be issued for orders delayed due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees, and agree that delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you are encouraged to contact our support team for updates. We are committed to transparency and will provide as much information as possible regarding the status of your delivery.
  • Users are responsible for inspecting the product immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported at that time [ within 5-10 mins of delivery ], as we are not liable for concerns raised afterward.
  • For any sensitive products that can be modified, claimed or invalidated immediately after delivery, you are required to record an uncropped screen recording as proof. This recording must begin before the product is delivered, capture the delivery process itself, and clearly show you verifying and checking the product immediately after delivery. The video should include the state before delivery, the delivery event, and the verification process, all in one continuous recording. Failure to provide such evidence may result in the denial of support or claims related to the product.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

  • Xtremez may incorporate, rely on, or provide access to third-party services, platforms, or providers (including, but not limited to, DNS services, payment processors, authentication tools, or other integrations) as part of our offerings.
  • Your use of any third-party service is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those providers. Xtremez does not control, endorse, or guarantee the availability, reliability, security, or performance of any third-party service.
  • Xtremez assumes no responsibility or liability for any issues, losses, damages, or disruptions arising from your use of, or reliance on, third-party services, even if such services are required for the operation or delivery of our products.
  • It is your responsibility to review and comply with all applicable third-party terms and to address any concerns or disputes directly with the relevant provider.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Xtremez, including its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners, is not responsible or liable for:
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, any Xtremez product, service, website, or content.
    • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services or products.
    • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content, information, or materials provided by Xtremez.
    • Unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft, or destruction of your data, account, or personal information, whether stored on our systems or transmitted through our services.
    • Any bugs, viruses, malware, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
    • Service interruptions, delays, failures, or technical issues that may affect the availability, performance, or functionality of our products or services.
    • Any actions, omissions, or conduct of any third party, including other users, service providers, or external platforms integrated with Xtremez.
    • Any claims, damages, or losses arising from your failure to follow instructions, meet prerequisites, or use our products or services as intended.
    • Any consequences resulting from your reliance on information, advice, or recommendations provided by Xtremez, whether through our website, support channels, or other communications.

11. Indemnification

  • By using any Xtremez "Offerings," you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xtremez, its owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
    • Your use or misuse of our products, services, or website.
    • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
    • Your infringement or violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
    • Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through our platform.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use any Xtremez product or service. If your actions cause any problems, damages, or legal issues, you accept full responsibility and agree to indemnify Xtremez as described above.
  • This indemnification obligation applies regardless of the nature of the claim and survives the termination or expiration of your relationship with Xtremez.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, logos, and content on the Xtremez platform are the intellectual property of Xtremez or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

14. Honesty, Fair Use, and Reputation Protection

By accessing, purchasing, or using any Xtremez products or services, you agree to uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions with us. You must always provide accurate and truthful information. Any attempt to deceive, mislead, defraud, or submit false or exaggerated claims—including, but not limited to, falsely reporting a product as invalid, defective, or unused when it has been activated or consumed—will be considered a serious violation of these terms.

Xtremez enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for dishonest conduct, abuse, or any actions (public or private) intended to harm the reputation, credibility, or value of Xtremez, its staff, or its offerings. This includes, but is not limited to, slander, defamation, malicious reviews, or coordinated attacks on our brand.

If we identify or reasonably suspect any fraudulent activity, dishonesty, or reputation-harming behavior, Xtremez reserves the right to take immediate and decisive action, including but not limited to:

  • Revoking access to all current and future products or services without notice or refund.
  • Permanently banning you from making future purchases.
  • Withholding support or assistance.
  • Taking any additional administrative or legal measures necessary to protect our business, community, and reputation.

All decisions regarding service revocation, account termination, or other actions taken under this policy are final, non-negotiable, and made at the sole discretion of Xtremez. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.


15. Software, Digital Products, and Related Services

This section applies to specific offerings from Xtremez, including but not limited to licensed software and applications, digital products and downloadable content, source code, scripts, codebases, online or hosted digital services, tools, utilities, and bundled packages. Collectively, these are referred to as “Products,” “Services,” or similar terms.

  • Once purchased, no refunds will be issued if any Offering is leaked, patched, discontinued, or becomes non-functional for any reason.
  • The terms “Lifetime,” “Lyf,” “lifetime access,” or similar refer solely to the period during which Xtremez elects to maintain the Product or Service. Xtremez reserves the right to discontinue any Offering at any time, without refund.
  • Sharing, distributing, or reselling Products or Services without explicit authorization from Xtremez is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate service revocation and additional penalties.
  • Any user action that causes financial loss to Xtremez may result in liability for damages and penalties.
  • Any attempt to debug, crack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any Product or Service will result in immediate termination without refund and may incur further penalties.
  • Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their license details. Any leaks, unauthorized access, or misuse are the user’s responsibility and may result in service revocation.
  • Any attempt to mislead, manipulate, or exploit Xtremez in any way is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and penalties.
  • Purchases made through third-party sellers must be verified as coming from authorized resellers. Unauthorized purchases may be revoked immediately without refund.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all software-related Products and Services are provided under a licensed access model only, and not as source code.
  • Xtremez does not guarantee that any Product or Service will remain functional indefinitely. Products may be patched, blocked, or otherwise affected by external factors beyond our control.
  • Customers have 15 minutes after purchase to verify the functionality of a Product or Service. Refund requests are only accepted within this window if the Product or Service does not function as described and Xtremez is unable to resolve the reported issue.
  • Xtremez reserves the right to add, modify, restrict, or remove features at any time, including converting free features into paid add-ons, without prior notice.
  • Some features may require additional payment.
  • Users are not entitled to demand the development or release of new features, updates, or bug fixes. All modifications and improvements are made solely at the discretion of Xtremez.
  • In the event of service revocation for any reason, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
